Had an amazing experience at this store. Went in looking for a specific camera which I had no luck at finding in working condition at any other of the film camera stores in the area.

Ended up finding the camera at this store in perfect condition, even though it is almost 70 years old, and for a great price.

The shop owner was the nicest and funniest I had met of any of the local camera stores, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He also speaks a good level of English and is very passionate.

I would highly recommend visiting this store if you are interested in cameras.

Had a very nice conversation with the owner. He speaks English and is incredibly helpful. Enjoyed talking about travel, cameras and Japan. He was incredibly helpful and insightful. No pressure at all and gives you time to check things carefully.

Stock was in far better condition than other stores i visited and really affordable prices. I bought a Nikkormat EL in great condition for 8k yen. Other popular/ trendy stores in Shinjuku wanted similar for cameras with heavy mold and iffy light meters.

The store is small but has a great collection of lenses and cameras. Will 100% be back to buy some lenses.

Very knowledgeable and genuine person. You can talk with him in English if you don't know Japanese. I took my Fujifilm XT-3 to him as the UV Filter ring had been stuck in my camera lens for a long time. He was a huge help in taking it out effortlessly.

I went there a few weeks ago. The shop owner is super nice and funny, and speak fluent in English. He is very knowledgeable and professional in camera and photography. There are many great items with reasonable price as well. Highly recommended to visit.

저는 이 곳에서 중고 디지털 카메라 OLYMPUS FE3010을 구매했습니다. 첫 중고 카메라 거래여서 카메라를 살 때 작동 여부만 확인하고 바로 샀습니다. 그런데 며칠 사용하다가 카메라 LCD 화면에서 큼직한 데드픽셀을 발견했습니다. 구매할 때부터 원래 있었는지, 갑자기 생긴 것인지는 확실하지 않습니다. 저는 새로 산 카메라를 사용한지 한 달도 안되어 큰 하자를 발견해 매우 상심했습니다. 데드픽셀로 인해 속상했지만, 첫 중고 거래여서 제가 꼼꼼히 확인하지 못한 탓이라 생각해 그냥 사용하려고 했습니다. 하지만 이 데드픽셀이 점점 커지는 것을 보고 도움을 요청하기 위해 사장님께 메일을 보냈습니다. 저는 데드픽셀을 발견했으며 점점 커지고 있는데 AS나 환불이 가능한지 메일로 문의했습니다.

그런데 그 다음에 대응이 정말 실망이었습니다. 환불이나 AS가 어렵더라도 답장은 주어야하는 것 아닙니까? 그는 제 메일을 읽고 답을 하지 않았습니다. 환불이나 AS 등 적절한 조치를 해주었다면 더 좋았겠지만, 최소한 답장이라도 주는 것이 예의라고 생각합니다. 그런데 묵묵부답입니다.

이렇게 하자가 있는 제품을 15000YEN을 주고 거래했다는 사실도 슬프지만, 그 후에 이렇게 무책임한 대응에 더욱 실망했습니다. 만약 그럼에도 이 가게에서 카메라를 구매하신다면 하자가 있는지 없는지 다방면으로 꼭 확인하시길 바랍니다. 저같은 초심자가 있다면 신중하게 고려하시길 바랍니다.

Located up some green stairs on the second floor. They do accept major credit cards which is pretty tough to find for used camera stores
