This has to be one of the best companies I have ever dealt with.
The equipment is the best I’ve ever used and much easier than I expected for an amateur like me to set up.
And the very best thing of all is the amazing tech support that James provides every time I ask. He is responsive, patient and thoroughly explains things. I wish he worked for our IT department.
Just one suggestion PLEASE can you get a distributor in Canada?

I recently purchased two security camera systems from cctv camera pros , and I must say that my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their abysmal customer service and complete disregard for timely communication have left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated.
The first red flag appeared when I attempted to reach out to them with questions about the CCTV multiple emails sent to their customer support team, it took an unreasonably long time for them to respond, and even then, their responses were vague and unhelpful.
My main concern arose when I discovered that the POS Text Inserter, they sold me did not work with our current cash register. I promptly contacted them to initiate a return process they abruptly stopped responding to my emails altogether. This unprofessional behavior not only showed their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction but also left me stuck with a useless product.
As a consumer, I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with CCTV camera pros to stay far away. Their customer service is utterly terrible, failing to address inquiries promptly or adequately. It is evident that they lack the necessary expertise to assist customers effectively and efficiently.
The lack of response regarding my return request is completely unacceptable. Ignoring customers after a sale demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and a lack of integrity on the part of CCTV camera pros. It is utterly disappointing to witness such a lack of professionalism.

The first time I purchased a product from CCTV Camera Pros was in Sep. 2021 (a Viewtron DVR to replace my previous Q See DVR). After that, I made two more purchases from this company. I was impressed by how good the after-sale services are (technical and non-technical). The 3 persons (James, Greg and Mike) whom I interacted with are all great people. You really do not need to worry about anything if you buy products from this company.

I cannot say enough good things about the cameras AND people from CCTV Camera Pros. We bought a new house and the builder offered a camera system, we opted into it - and from the second we moved into our house HATED the system. That's where CCTV Camera Pros stepped in. Zach was my sales guy - and he is FABULOUS. He helped me put together a system to fit my needs, sent me all kinds of helpful information so I felt confident in my purchase, got it shipped out really quickly, and the support I have received since installing the system on my home has been bar none. This system was even less $ than the garbage system the homebuilder originally installed for us. In the somewhat near future I will have a need for a second system and I have no doubt Zach and CCTV Camera Pros will be there to help find the perfect system.

be careful though, their competition tries to fake you out with lots of similarities.
book mark this company and ignore the cheating liars and all their junk equipment.
