They get 2 stars for having cool stuff. They get -3 for selling electronics they don't test. I bought a PS3 controller from them and some buttons didn't work. They offered me store credit and acted as if they were doing a favor by offering store credit after selling me a broken controller. After opening it up there are burn marks on the circuit board, the least they could have done was do the same before selling. It took me 10 minutes.

Never give these people cash. They are dishonest in their listings, and refused to accommodate their customers after selling them faulty untested electronics. Use a card at this stor, so in the event they try to sell you a broken item you can file dispute through your bank.

I’ve been coming here with my son for years. Recently we came in to purchase a few items and have been very pleased with all of our purchases. Over the years the store has grown and it’s one of the most well organized in the city. Most pawn shops in town are a mess and inventory in those places is always beat up and dirty. I like coming here because they keep the shop super clean, prices are fair, and they take great care of their inventory. When I come I have total confidence that whatever I buy will be in mint condition. Glad to see they survived COVID and are still going strong. ? I was surprised to learn it’s a father and daughter team that runs the shop. Well done Pops teaching that young lady how to run a business. Wish you guys continued success and look forward to coming back soon!

As a business owner you should have the information that all items are not included especially on your so called "brand new items". What a shady pawn shop. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Low quality. Low vibrational pawn shop, will not be recommending or returning. The addicts and thieves literally keeps this business afloat. FO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

I wouldn't recommend coming here for anything serious. This location is highly dishonest sold me a speaker that was obviously used and I buy that particular brand on a regular I knew it wasn't new but told me I didn't have a 3day return policy on it. Because "it was brand new" (it wasn't) it didn't have any if the items that its supposed to have as a "brand new item"also brought a sound bar that only came with the hdmi cord and none of the other Cords that are supposed to come with it. If your willing to buy the base product and nothing else it's supposed to come with this is the place to go. Basically this is a great location for junkies to go sell something for 15-20 so they can make you pay 2-4xs that. Long story short either go to ez pawn or just buy it brand new for real.

Soooo...the blonde lady did show up at 11:34 with her lunch in hand. Then went inside and never opened up the shop, or maybe she did later. I gave her an extra 10 minutes, but nope.
