Great customer service that shoot mirrorless Canon products.

Got my Canon RP sensor clean for free Canon Care pack. Including 18-point inspection.

Even if you pay for the sensor cleaning services. They will still do the 18 point inspection. ?

I'm hoping one day they would open up the center for gallery showings and learning lectures how to be a better photographer. This will help us photography community excel in greatness.

I sent my camera lens in for repairs, despite it being less than two years old, as I was already receiving ERROR messages. The repair service quoted me $300. They later sent an email stating the lens was fixed and being shipped back, but the email didn’t include a work order or any details about what was wrong with the lens. I had to call them to find out exactly what they repaired for $300.

When I finally received the lens, the box it came in was dented, and they had wrapped my $1,500 lens in nothing but butcher paper—no bubble wrap at all. Upon opening the dented box, I noticed the lens cap was cracked and jammed inside the front of the lens. It’s so tightly wedged in that I can’t even remove it to check if the lens itself is damaged.

Now, they want me to resend the lens for further repairs (which I need for a job this weekend) without offering to cover the cost of packaging. I’ve already spent $75 on packaging the first time to ensure the lens was sent safely, in addition to the $300 repair cost. Now, they expect me to pay another $75 to send it back. This is unacceptable.

I asked to speak with a supervisor, and they told me corporate would call within 24-48 hours. So now I’m supposed to just sit here with a broken lens for two days until someone is available? This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Unfortunately Canon has reorganized their service methods and phone services leaving you to scramble your way through their website. There are few humans to interact with. The service center is for cameras only. Copier repairs are handled by way of a you-tube video. Fortunately I was able to clear our paper jamb of about a dozen pages without any further help.
