Love this place, one of the last holdouts that value face to face business over ebay. Always willing to help and provide advise- people who work here are also photographers so they know what they’re doing. Excellent place to window shop film era cameras, buy film, develop film and other media related products with the convenience of downtown Newark.

I stopped at the store today to get help with my camera that was giving me issues. Both of the gentlemen in the shop stopped what they were doing and took the time out of their day to help me figure out what was going on. It was a user error and they were so gracious in explaining what was happening. So grateful for your help today! Highly recommend this shop, phenomenal customer service you don’t see anymore. I entered the store and asked the 1st salesman for a 24 x 70 nikon lens He looked confuse another 2nd salesman said it's on the shelf the 2nd salesman said you called a couple days ago I said yes .told them how I wanted to pay for it Through my pay pal that does not allow For me to have a credit card just to buy online pay pal That wasn't possible so I paid for with another card I handed the salesman the card He brings it back and lays it on the Glass top I asked him to hand it to me He paid me no mine ignored me I signed the credit card receipt and acted like I was forgetting my card He calls me back and slides my card with one finger For smartness. Ps its the long hair salesman..

I used to frequent this store when I was in Delaware. The owner was so nice and helped me get started on my film camera journey with a Minolta Point and Shoot. They develop film, take passport photos and much more. They have a great staff who knows a ton about photography. Highly recommended for any and all camera lovers in DE.

I've been buying gear here since mid 2017, when started shooting again after 20+ years of raising kids. Service has always been outstanding, and their recommendations always solid. Prices are consistently competitive with legit online retailers. Don't fall for those "Gray Market" guys online, there's a reason they're so much cheaper.
