Compre un Telefono celular Samsung Galaxy edge 6 el ultimo dia de mi estadía en esa ciudad y cuando vine a Córdoba, Argentina, y la quise poner en funcionamiento no respondia. Consulte aqui y me dijeron que su pantalla estaba despegada,( cosa que a simple vista no se ve) y no carga energía ( cosa que en el negocio nunca me la probaron ). Yo la mantuve conmigo en todo momento en el viaje, es mas , NUNCA la saque de su caja y la mantuve en mi cartera de mano para cuidarla. Desde aqui a quien reclamo pues este artefacto me lo vendieron desde alla con el desperfecto. Esperando que alguien de la tienda me pueda responder y solucionar el problema. Muchas gracias

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. The staff was incredibly rude and even made sarcastic remarks when I inquired about the price of an item. Their behavior over the phone was equally disrespectful.

I wish I could give zero stars. I strongly recommend checking other options in the area before considering this place. Most locals avoid it due to their deceptive and shady business practices. This store mainly attracts tourists who are unaware of its reputation.

0/10 If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. My experience was completely awful! Before coming in I called to see if they would buy some of my old camera equipment. On the phone I told them what kind of equipment I had and they told me to come in. I get there was not greeted or asked if I need help with anything. After waiting in line for 15min-20min of no acknowledgment, I ask one of the employees(a younger man) if he could help me. Before the young man could answer the other employee (an older man) that was busy helping other customers cuts him off to say “He can’t help you.” I felt that his tone and delivery was very off putting and rude. After about 15 more minutes the older man continued to help other customers. Then a white guy(customer) walks, immediately the older guy greets this man and ask if he could help him find something. It was apparent that my business was not valued nor was my time. He finally comes to check out the equipment I brought and immediately told me he was not interested in buying my equipment. Then proceeds to “mansplain” to me why there is not a market for the products I had. Make no mistake the equipment I brought was not cheap and very popular in the film industry. Not sure why this place is called Camera Stop because they have very little camera equipment. Please run and take your business elsewhere!

Since I can’t reply to the owners comments to this post I will add my reply here. I find it very presumptuous for you to say that I had an attitude when I sat patiently for 20min without any acknowledgment. I also find it interesting that you knew you spoke to me on the phone without even confirming or even speaking to me. I’m not sure why you even encouraged me to come when you knew you were not interested in buying my items…complete waste of time. However, when the white man entered the store he was immediately acknowledged. VERY TELLING. The effort you put into responding to customers on google you should try putting into your customer service. The 2.6 stars for this business has is very fitting.

They were able to provide me with a charger and new battery. Had to return a couple of times for the proper battery but they were so nice. I also was able to get a new lense. Would definitely return if ever in New Orleans again. Thank you for the great service!!!!

Decided to buy a local sim rather than pay roaming charges. Got a 45 dollar Verizon sim for unlimited calls and data, saved me a fortune. They even put the sim in the mobile for you if you need help. Great service

Je suis venue acheter un adapateur US afin de le brancher sur ma prise de chargeur EU. Je l’essaie le soir venu mais celui-ci ne fonctionne que par intermittence (charge quelques secondes puis ne fonctionne plus et nécessite de bouger la prise ce qui provoque un bruit d’électricité) malgré des essais sur plusieurs prises et plusieurs chargeurs. J’ai du acheter un adaptateur dans une autre boutique car fermée et me rends le lendemain dans la boutique pour me faire remboursé mon achat. Je me vois alors agressée car soit disant « mon chargeur ne marche pas » et non pas le produit que j’ai acheté. Il essaie encore une fois de m’expliquer que le problème vient de ma prise car le nombre de volt serai différent d’une prise européenne à une prise US (j’ai vérifié en rentrant et ceci était totalement faux). Je ne recommande absolument pas et comprends les avis négatifs. L’individu a qui j’ai été confronté était condescendant agressif et méprisant. Fuyez.
