Fantastic service from Steven! He’s very professional and certainly knows what he’s doing. My lens was pretty badly damaged during a shoot and he sourced the parts and did the repair within a week. Lens working perfectly now! And it was reasonably priced too! Thanks for the hard work

Very happy with The Camera Hospital. Took my DSLR in because the mirror would not flip - they fixed it in one day. I would say a little expensive but maybe this is the cost of repairs in SG and the issue was resolved quickly so I am happy 😊

After many years of excellent service my Panasonic TZ60 camera had developed a blotch on the CCD sensor causing a mark on every frame taken. While in Singapore I was surprised to find the Camera Hospital so close by. Steve gave his frank immediate assessment of my options within the period of my visit to SG. Not only was he able to make a satisfactory repair, but returned it much earlier than he had estimated so I could use it during my visit, and during the process had also fixed the protective lens diaphragm which tended to stick. Fantastic professional service from Steve & at least 10 years more service out of my cherished camera. Thank you Steve, can’t wait for my next visit to SG to see if you can apply your magic to my wife’s ‘dead but cherished’ Canon compact camera.)

I was quite fortunate and didn’t encounter any unpleasant experience with Steven as some reviewers did. If it helps, I took a photo of the issue with my camera and WhatsApp Steven if my camera can be repaired before making a trip down to his shop.

In all, I’m super happy with the service. Steven helped to fix my LED screen that was disintegrating. Something that even Canon told me they can’t fix because they no longer manufacture the spare part for my model.

Steven also made a point to call me to inform me of longer waiting time to have the spare part delivered due to shipping issue. I appreciated the update he provided and essentially helped me revived my camera that was technically still working very well. It helped me save money from getting an entirely new camera.

Recently I found my neglected camera after years of bad choice in keeping it, it was poorly maintained with alot of fungus in it, made my photos look extra grainy. Sent it to Camera Hospital 2 weeks ago, and boy the camera is now very clean of fungus, and good as new! Owner was very friendly and approachable, they also share many tips on how to care for it! Highly recommended!

Great service provided by Steven, who has been handling my cameras for many years. This week he went out of his way to help me get my camera in tip top position for my shoot. In addition, knowing that I needed to get my camera before his opening hours, he went 2 hours prior to help me. Very Appreciative of his service.

I came in with an old Olympus camera, the rewind button was damaged but the owner managed to fix it for me in less than 5 mins and to my surprise free of charge! I really appreciated the kind gesture. Highly recommend!
