Fantastic Camera store. I have been in several times in the last 15 years, and every time I’m in there the people are friendly and knowledgeable. I was helped by Stuart, who answered all my questions, helped me feel good about my choices, and even tried to talk me out of something more expensive because it wasn’t right for what I wanted. This place is a great addition to Charlotte and we’re lucky to have them here for us.

I’m new to film photography and wanted a place to get some film developed. My husband and I went in for the first time today and everyone was very nice! Carly i believe is her name helped us right away; didn’t make me feel any less for asking many questions and got to chatting with her while thereZ She helped with getting me totals of what everything would cost and even helped us with testing a film camera i found today! Overall very nice atmosphere and great customer service. Thank you Carly we’ll be back for sure ❣️

I can’t fathom how quick their turnaround time is. I brought three rolls to be developed and they had it ready in two hours. I placed an order for prints and it was ready in like 30 minutes. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing customer service. It’s super easy to order prints on their website. Overall great experience!

Photo print quality, best around Charlotte NC. I've been sending my prints to Biggs Camera for many years and their photo quality has never disapointed. When I shoot large group school/training photos I am very pleased to see the happy faces of the students when they see how beautiful their photo is, not necessarily due to my skills but because of the crisp and accurate colors of their prints. Years ago I tested the printing services of other companies and hands down Biggs was the best, and I haven't changed. Thank you Biggs!

Ordering from Biggs is the easiest experience I have with online ordering. The website is extremely user friendly and allows for editing or starting over with one particular print easy. You don’t have to cancel your entire order and start over. Thank you Biggs for making my growing family gallery even better!
