me parece una burla que siendo cliente de big camera .nos den una targeta para poder comprar play station 5 siendo que hoy empesaba la venta , ya se habia acabado siendo las 10:00 am hora que abre la zona. uno levantandose temprano para nada ... no me parece justo. pienso que deberia ser un sorteo asi no causaria tanto malestar. creo no soy yo que se siente asi . vi a muchos clientes con la targeta enviada por big camera retirarse enfurecidos...

どうしてもテレビが必要だったので行ってみた。
商品見ていると店員さんが話しかけてくれて相談に乘ってくれます。やっぱ専門の人に聞くのが一番。いい買い物が出来ました。品揃えもよく買い物の参考にもなるのがイイ。
おもちゃ、お酒、自転車なども販売しているのでプレゼント探しとかにも良い。Loftにも隣接しているのでなんとかなる。

這間Bic Camera人不多，逛得很舒服，一樓有很大區域的玩具、扭蛋區。還有吉依卡哇系列、任天堂系列。
外國人記得用折價優惠券。
但服務態度很普通。

Today I had a very interesting experience at the bic camera. I wanted to buy a washing machine for my home but as a foreigner I was treated with disrespect. In Japan I know I can buy anything with tax free rule but this wasn’t the case with washing machines.
At the washing machine appliance section I had a help from a guy who just started working there. I didn’t catch his name but he wasn’t really helpful because we didn’t speak the same language.
So he brought out new service members named Arai. She was genuinely nice person but her upper management wasn’t so nice at all.
She was telling me multiple times that I couldn’t buy the washing machine because I wanted tax free. I said “why is it not possible to buy the appliances with tax free but everything else I can?” She went back behind the counter to counsel with her manager who was named Yamada. Who was constantly hiding behind the counter and never looking to help me at all. Never.
Yamada was a seriously deceiving and terrible manager. I could tell because everybody who was working there constantly reported back to her. I can’t believe bic camera put her in charge at the washing machine section or even hire a person like her who isn’t even fit for the job. I caught her name because I stood up and went to the front of the counter to see who was hiding and telling the employees not to sale the appliances to me.
As a customer who is paying good and hard earn money at the store should be treated with respect but that wasn’t the case. Until Hirokazu Sugiyama appeared out of no where with genuine concern about the situation.
In the end I was right and came out of the store with washing machine with the help of Hirokazu Sugiyama. He treated me with genuine respect and care. I’m only giving this store 4 stars because of the experience I had in the beginning. If all employees had the knowledge of Hirokazu this store would be thriving and not going to yodobashi camera. If I had the help from Hirokazu in the beginning I would’ve given 5stars.
Thank you again Hirokazu Sugiyama for your help today and I’m looking forward to my brand new washing machine. ?

伝票待ちしていたところ、簡単なアンケートをしているとのことでいくつか答えていたらば、話題はウォーターサーバーへと移り変わりいかがですかとの押し売りへ。その後そのアンケート内容からWi-Fiや携帯会社変えませんかという提案してくる上に、断るとめちゃくちゃ嫌な態度。ここまで説明してやったのによ、と言わんばかりの態度でした。
こっちは必要な家電を楽しく買いにきただけなのにすごく嫌な気持ちに。
2度とこちらでは購入したくないです。

キャッシュバックキャンペーンということで購入しましたが、実際にキャンペーンに申し込もうとすると、取り替えの商品も同時購入が必要とのことでした。
そんな説明や記載は一切なし。
騙して買わせてしまえば勝ちという方法。
もう泣き寝入りしかありません。
他にも同じ被害者がたくさんいるんだろうな。
ここでの購入はお勧めできません。
