I visited the store looking for information on telescopes and camera scccesiries.
Once I told them I was linking for a scope I had a rep walk me through and give me some valuable buying advice as well as a buying guide. In this age of online shopping getting an informed predicament touch was great. I was also told to take my time before deciding and not just pushing me to buy. I liked that.
Knowledgeable and good customer service. Would recommend

I am so incredibly grateful for all of Rich's help repairing my film camera. The camera is very important to me as it has been in the family for a long time and I love to shoot with it. Another camera store had incorrectly replaced the light seal foam causing the counter to get stuck and not advance properly. Rich was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He was able to identify and solve the problem quickly and I left a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend coming here for all of your film camera needs!

I had a great experience with Berger Bros, specifically with Doug’s help since *March*, as he put me on the waitlist for the elusive Fujifilm X100VI. A couple of weeks ago, I finally got the text I’d been waiting for that the camera was ready for pickup, and I was there within the hour! My husband and I had tried to get this camera through Best Buy chat, as others had gotten lucky that way, but we were unsuccessful in our attempts, wasted a lot of time, and eventually gave up. Thanks to Doug, I now have this camera in my hands! When I arrived, he opened the box in front of me to ensure I was the first to take it out and that everything looked okay. Purchasing two accessories was required, so I chose a screen protector and UV filter, both of which I needed anyway. Doug was really friendly, and the store also offers free basic classes on how to use the camera. It was my first time at this store, but just looking around, I noticed they cover multiple needs, from digital and film photography to even telescopes.

As a past customer, I returned back to Berger Brother camera to pick up a new camera, not a iPhone I have to say the service personalized service is what you will find. Brad kept me informed all the way to the day of delivery because of a backorder so if you’re looking for quality, fair pricing and service, this would be the place to shop And local helps a lot also

Buyer Beware! $125 repair that I gladly paid after my XT2 became loose. When I bought it home and took it out of the box and put a flash on it, it became loose again. I returned with the camera the following Tuesday as that’s the only day that repairman comes, I asked him could you please explain to me what happened with this camera because it’s loose again. I asked him please tell me what you had to do so I can understand what is wrong with my camera. He said that he screw two small screws on the back of the camera. Those two small screws are underneath where the flash would be sitting.. $125 that repair man screwed in small screws. When I asked him, why is it moving still He said it must be something inside underneath that mount on top of the camera, which is exactly what I thought he would be doing opening that mount on top of the camera to see what was going on, but he said no he could not do that. It was too intricate that it would need to go back to Fuji and that for 35 more dollars, he’d be happy to send it back to Fuji to get me an estimate as to what it would cost to repair. Berger Brothers built from years ago. I have no idea why I did not get a phone call about The fact that the source of the movement really could not be found without Fuji getting involved and all they could do was tighten which I could’ve done. Also, if I knew. I don’t believe this should’ve been $125 repair, I Do you believe they should’ve called me To explain the repair that was necessary and now that repair does not equate to $125 Buyer Beware Be very aware when you go in with any service. They are going to charge you whether they tighten the screw or they do the big job. I believe that Berger Brothers knows that we don’t understand how to fix our camera and they take advantage of that. If I could give Zero Stars for customer service I would.

Really bad customer service!!! My friend and I went to this store about 2 weeks ago, we asking for Fuji film xt30ii in color black& silver, and they told me they can get it in next week, and from now already 2 weeks, I was calling back, the guy told me they still unsure what it will come, it could be forever. I fell very disappointed, for the customer if you can not be sure don’t give them a guarantee in the beginning. And then you told me about you’re very happy to back my deposit back, they just want me stop calling them to ask when is my staff will be arrived. It should be a graduation gift for my best friend, now I think I can’t make it on time!!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would , very arrogant sob , with a very nasty attitude changed his tune real quick when we had something he wanted. He also kicked the crate that had the cameras in them ! Not good customer service. Will not return.
