Bob and Tom are the best! You were part of a Facebook discussion with some friends and I wrote the following. Figured I should share it with you and all of your customers, too. I can’t even *tell* you how many cameras my family has bought from them over the years. I always loved going in and just chatting with them about photography. All of the people they hire are excellent photographers themselves so they know their stuff. And they don’t work on commission. But my favorite thing about them is that they will never try to oversell you on a camera. They want you to have the best product for you and your skill and comfort level. Also, they rent lenses (or used to) so if you’re interested in a telephoto or something, you can try it out before buying. They even have photography outings where you can pick up tips and hints and try a lens you’ve rented. They’re one of my absolute favorite small businesses and I’ve brought countless people in to buy cameras from them. They never let me down.

A great mom and pop location located in Bergen county. The staff was incredible. Even though we were not purchasing a lens, we used their rental program for a great trip into the wild. The price was right. They offered insurance and the transaction was very easy. Everybody we came in contact with while we were there were helpful. On the street parking could be a little tricky, but don't forget to bring your quarters for the beater

A big thank you to Debbie and all of the staff. My son ordered a Nikon camera with lens online from Nikon. He received the items but needed a memory card so he did not take the camera out for around 2 weeks. He then found the lens to have a crack in it. Nikon refused to fix or take the lens back saying he only had 2 weeks to return it. We took a ride to Bergen County Camera to see if it could be repaired. Debbie worked her magic and got Nikon to honor the 1 year warranty and replace the lens. Thank you so much for all of your help.
