I've been a customer of Arlington Camera for years and I continue to have great experiences. When people know cameras the way they know cameras, it makes the shopping experience easy.

I've purchased more accessories than anything from the store. There's a great selection of camera bags, reflectors, and tripods. I also found items to protect my lens and camera body.

And let's not forget the cute items like socks and mugs. Yeah, I'm that customer. More importantly, I appreciate who knows both film and digital cameras.

Now, I will say I've had to share my ID when making a purchase over a certain amount. Hey, with the world we're living in I appreciate the extra step to protect me and them as well.

Overall, this is one of the camera stores to add to your list of you're a professional or hobbyist.

Came to visit here an hour before close to look at their vintage lens selection. They had a good amount of options. Paul was very pleasent/helpful throughout the process. I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient and knowledgeable. His knowledge of vintage lenses was superb.

I ended up picking up a modern macro (G - series) and one vintage lens. Needless to say, I spent more than I had originally planned. But well worth it to me.

I ended up checking out a little after close. And didn't feel rushed at all. Paul was great 10/10.

The rest of the staff were friendly and I noticed they greeted everyone who came in. Something you don't see often anymore. This is my 2nd time visiting here. And both times were great (a Matt helped me the first time). Def reccomend this place.

Seems to ignore all communications. They were quick when it came to charging my credit card, but they have not shipped the product in weeks, nor responded to any cancellation or refund requests. I'd recommend avoiding this store.

Probably the worst camera store in DFW. Everytime I walk in everyone looks confused and doesn’t know how to help. Never have what you’re looking for, never have what’s listed on their website. I’d give a negative star if I could
