Honestly the best place I’ve gotten my film developed! Staff was very kinda and helpful! The film turned out better than I excepted! And for sooo much cheaper than other places! I got my first roll developed at Walgreens for $16-18 and only $10 here! Definitely coming back here again

Was sold the wrong part originally by the sales staff and went to return it about a month later ( I am an hours drive away from there store location, and waited til I had reason to go to Tulsa)
They informed me they had a “0” zero return policy even for something unopened in the original package!!
It wasn’t about the money, it was the principle and supporting local businesses as I could have easily got what part I needed for less.
They finally offered me a store credit and a 10% restocking fee once the owner got involved. for something that was the wrong part I received from the salesperson and no longer needed..
..could have cared less about losing a great customer!

It was the wrong part and I could not verify if it was right or wrong as I just told the employee what I needed and I did not open it. (I really just was looking for something to buy and see the store as I was about to get a new camera and knew I would be needing additional gear for it…)
..anyway without knowing your ZERO return policy,
I thought it would be in everyone’s best interest to say I no longer needed it due to I bought a new camera and related that came with the accessory I could use if needed (true) . Obviously I thought wrong when the no returns policy was stated.
I’ve always supported local businesses and was excited to have found your store but the customer service after the sale was a failure.

I would appreciate you mailing the piece back to me as I don’t need the store credit.

I needed to have two scans made into prints and I politely explained that it would be necessary to sit down in front of the computer with them to explain what I wanted. They refused to even consider doing this. They said they did not have time. I was the only customer in the store, and it would have taken fifteen minutes at most. I took my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

I booked the studio for my very first studio photo shoot. Seth and Sam were awesome! Seth is very knowledgeable about cameras and was able to help me out with some modes on my old canon 40d. He also helped me out with the lighting for my shoot. I was very grateful for his insight as everything went very smoothly after that! Both employees mentioned were very personable.
