How to know you picked the wrong computer repair shop:
The computer nerds in the store or more concerned with how dirty your laptop is than what the actual problem is would not look at my computer. I hope you never go to comic con.
Thus I took the computer down the street to CPR where the tech fixed three peoples problems for free while he was diagnosing him my computer so they admit below they’re scared of a little dirt

I have been doing business with the Adam's family for several years. They do great work at a very reasonable price. They are always very fair and honest. I notice their only negative review is from someone who took their computer in to have a problem that they created fixed. Then took it home and fixed themselves. Why did they even take it in if they were able to fix it in 2 minutes?

Dropped my computer off about 2 weeks ago haven’t heard anything at all. I called once to check on it and sadly enough I guess the guy was busy because he seemed to rush me off the phone. I picked this place because of the great reviews and I’m very understanding as I do technical work myself. But I HAVE NOT gotten the service that these reviews speak of yet. That’s from the moment of even dropping the computer off up until now. No turn around time was mentioned to me, however like I said I’m very understanding and have still waited. And this is still in diagnostic stages I haven’t even heard back.
