I told them my use case (photographing ski racing), and they set me up with two cameras and two lenses and let me go outside and experience the options. We then reviewed my pictures of passing cars and planes and found the perfect setup for me. The gentleman was highly knowledgeable and didn't pressure or rush me at all. It was an excellent experience.

Mixed feelings about this store. I shop here all the time to support small businesses instead of Amazon/EBay. I had two flashes I purchased from Ace Photo that stopped turning on and called in to see my options and I had a rude encounter with someone in the sales department. Was told "No" and he was quick to hang up. While my flashes were out of warranty, I would expect a small business to do what they can to help their customers.

Update* I spoke with Mo on the phone and was told to bring them in. I hope my experience with this store changes for the better as they do have a great wide variety of gear to choose from at a fair price.

Walked in looking for my first camera and was impressed with the massive inventory. Bob was friendly and professional with getting me set up for all my beginner camera needs. I left with a Fujifilm X-T30 II and am very pleased with it so far. The shop had a cool vibe and you can tell they've been in business a long time. I definitely recommend checking out Ace Photo.

This store have many used and new cameras, lenses, equipment cases, stands and more to choose from. The customer service people are knowledgeable about their inventory and are photographers themselves. You get alot of learning information here.

Nice selection and the people who work there are very knowledgeable, which is a great combination if you're not sure what to buy or have questions. Decent selection of cameras and lenses for Canon, Nikon, Fugi and Sony. They also sell used cameras (including film camers) and lenses and can develop film. Good selection accessories for amateur and professional photographers too. If you are looking for a camera bag don't shop on line - they have 2 rooms of all kinds of bags to check out.

2 stars because my film eventually did get developed but this was probably the most frustrating experience I've had at a camera store. I brought in my film on a Wednesday, expecting it to be developed by that Sunday. I received no word from Ace Photo during that time. When I didn't receive my photos by monday morning, I called the store. It took a 45 minute phone call for you guys to tell me a piece of your processor was broken and you had no ETA. I gave you my phone number and my email address when I dropped off my film and paid in advance, so I fail to understand why this was never communicated. I gave a few days buffer, but was counting on the turnaround time promised since I was shooting with untested cameras and wanted to find out what worked/looked good before doing a photoshoot with a friend. Very disappointed with Ace and based on your responses to other customer reviews, you guys truly don't care about creating a good business experience. I will be taking my money and my film to District Photo next time.

Nothing but great service here! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, they are very welcoming to noobies and professionals. The turn around for digital copies is super quick too, within 24 hours. Will be purchasing a camera soon and will report back.

Good selection of new and used products. The inventory is massive. Only four stars though. Didn’t really get a good customer experience. The pretty lady who came in after me got better service than I did. Oh well (shrugs). I got what I needed at a good price in the end.
