Brandon came out to fix our equipment and did an excellent job! He took the time to show us how to use functions online that we didn't even know we had! He was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. When he was done, he went through the whole system to ensure everything was working properly. I really appreciate everything he did. I definitely recommend this technician.

Definitely happy to switch from Vivint to this company. They are very professional,timely, considerate of the customers needs, and a value to the customers wallets. I called 360 Alarm this morning and the alarm tech was at my house the same day! He immediately diagnosed the problem with our alarm system and fixed it. They set up my home alarm system and showed me how to use my app so I can control everything on the security system. They are very helpful. Everytime I had an issue, they have taken care of it with urgency.. very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend to everyone to use them and they are Veteran own. Which is a plus because they will be upfront with you at all times.
