From the beginning when I first met Brian, he made sure he designed our system to fit our needs. His installers were polite, professional and considerate and did a very professional job especially when explaining how to use the systems. We use Texas Surveillance camera security systems at my office. We have more than 40 cameras. Occasionally a camera reaches it's end of life and I am pleased to report that Texas Surveillance is always fast to respond, schedule an appointment and replace hardware and update the systems in a professional and timely manner. The owner is very nice and easy to work with and the technical team is knowledgeable and they work quickly to resolve issues that may occur from time to time. Our system has been in operation more than a decade. I applaud the support from Texas Surveillance.
