The proprietor Dru'e is such a wonderful human being. He is kind, knowledgable, patient, and a great conversationalist. This is a really great old school photo shop and has become my go-to.

In the past year or so I started helping my wife do self-tape auditions and periodically we have needed to supplement or upgrade our equipment. I got a tripod at Valley Photo but they didn't have the adapter I wanted for shooting on an iPhone, and they recommended Harry's. Dru'e sold me a great adapter and later showed me how to attach it when I couldn't figure it out.

We came back a few months later as we were having a lighting problem. It just so happened that Dru'e had a really great light on sale. He set it up in the shop to demonstrate and it has improved the quality of our self-tapes dramatically.

Harry is the sweetest. Genuine and was ready to help as soon as I came in. Lots of inventory as well. The lens that was initially with the body wouldn’t properly focus so he gave me an even better lens free of charge which was very sweet of him. Give him a visit!

Cool store. Went in looking for a high quality, good condition, used tripod at a decent price. Literally got exactly that within 2 minutes of speaking with Harry. Would have spent more than double for a new one and the condition is fantastic. This is definitely my new go-to camera supply shop.

Incredible service! Just went in today to buy a camera and had a million questions, all of which were answered intelligently and thoughtfully by the associates. They were very patient with me while I made a decision and made sure I had a great experience. 10/10!!!

THESE GUYS LOST ALL MY PHOTOS! Brought in a roll of 35mm film photos to be developed, and when I returned to pick them up the following week (I did not receive any phone call notifications or updates) the employees had no clue of their whereabouts. It was clearly disorganized and negligibly managed.

The guy at Harry's refused to accept any responsibility and instead blamed the photo lab company they work with. When I asked to deal with this photo lab directly, he also said no. So essentially there was nothing that I could do.

And on top of that, he asked me to describe the contents of what was photographed. When I explained that the photographs included many different settings and subjects, because they were taken over a period of several months, he said there was little that could be done (at this point he once again made an effort to save himself, trying to place the blame--of the mishandling of the photos--on me for not being able to provide him this information). That's it? That's the professional standard of tracking and organizing they practice? What about the tracking number that was assigned to my photos when I initially dropped them off? Evidently, even THAT succumbed to the shop's haphazard managing.

I'd also note that, in dealing with this issue day after day, I was always told that they'd look into it and call me back immediately with updates. They never did. Just another example of responsibility avoided on their end.

*Seems like Harry gets a kick out of arguing with his dissatisfied customers in the reviews section ("Sorry ma'am if you felt like you had a bad experience." -- one of his responses on Yelp LOL). This guy just reeks negligence and carelessness. Can't wait to see how he tries to repudiate mine! More disavowal I imagine.. *

Very friendly environment and professional. Sent in my old Canon Ae-1 P for service. Got it back no problem and works just like new. Would recommend this place to everyone.

I have done business with Harry's camera for over 20 years and they are wonderful they do great repairs they have a lot of top rated used equipment which is what I went in for was to sell some lenses. They are always fair and they are always kind I really recommend using them anytime you can
