Walked into store feeling stressed about my corrupted SD card and Manny helped me recover the photos from it like an absolute pro. He provided immediate support over emails after I had further issues relating to the card as well. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave no-fuss, professional and efficient customer service. The rest of the in-store team was warm and friendly as well. Highly recommend Foto Care for all things camera/photography-related in NYC.

There's places you buy camera stuff and then there's places where you meet great people, learn a ton in the process and happen to buy camera stuff. FotoCare is the latter and I've found my new NYC camera store.

I love this place so much I want to shout it from a rooftop! Everyone—from the owner to the staff answering the phone—is just so nice, knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful. I came in just to check out one specific camera and lens kit that's on pre-order but I ended up purchasing it on the same visit. A few days later, Jeff followed up to see how the camera is working out and if I have any questions. He went a few extra miles after that to make sure I'm really happy with my camera, all while trading great stories about the icons he's gotten to meet and work with throughout his career. I definitely will be returning for all my future camera/gear needs (new or vintage).
