First time at this place. Spoke to Silvio (the owner?) and left with him 12 rolls of film to develop. This was a few weeks ago and only now as I’m cutting the film up into strips to place into film storage sheets, I’m realizing that the last frame of each roll is destroyed by two holes seemingly from the negative drying clips used when hanging to dry.

Extremely disappointed, and in retrospect a great mistake on my part to have decided to give these people a chance. It wasn’t cheap to begin with, but now the bill just got more expensive…
These are the problems you encounter when you hire people that do not care and have no passion for their own work, and knowing this now, how can I demand them to care about that of others?

Over the years I’ve seen it all when it comes to mistakes and accidents… but when I come to holes in a negative, it’s a first.

What’s makes this even worse is that this film was the last batch left over from a month long trip to Greece back in April/May. I had a lab in Greece already develop about 40 rolls—, every other day or so I would drop by with 4-5 rolls for them to work on. The last 12 rolls were shot in a somewhat remote area where there were no labs or photo stores so was forced to take the film back to the US undeveloped.

I would highly recommend this store for everyone who’s into photography and filming! The customer serves is amazing! The guys helped to choose my dream film camera and I could actually take my time holding it in my hands and looking at some pictures made on it on the internet. On top of that we had a really nice chat and they literally made my day. They also have a wide selection of film. If I lived in NY it would be the only place where I’d buy film. Great experience! The customer service department is great! I dropped off a Fujifilm camera and had the photos developed 2 days later for a great price. The photos were colorful and clear. I will definitely be returning and recommend my friends and family to shop here.

I have purchased 2 lenses now from Willoughby’s. I find their prices better than other stores with great information on their website and easy to reach customer service. They have twice now saved me from ordering the wrong lens type for our camera body because they called to confirm the order and make sure it would fit with the camera body we have. The delivery is timely and the packages have arrived without damage and well packed. The customer service representatives are knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Willoughby’s provides personal service with a great range of products.

Ralph was so nice in helping me with my grandpas camera that I found. They were supper quick in fixing camera and cleaning it up. The price is soooo reasonable and super super helpful! Will definitely be coming back for future repairs!

I saw a camera deal significantly less than the prices here so I ordered without seeing reviews because the time was running out. I received a call the following day that the camera I ordered was imported and I needed to spend an extra 400 on the domestic. They offered to do 100 less but my husband told me to cancel and just get it local. He said there would be an 8% cancellation fee from the bank which I should have known is wrong I’ve purchased and returned items on credit with no problem. He also said that there was a 20% restock fee if I send it back. We decided to cancel but then he said he talked to his manager and they are honoring the original price I purchased it for. I haven’t received the camera yet and I foolishly bought the expensive warranty. I’m hoping it’s going to be accurate and not a scam camera it should be here Thursday I’ll post an update and will be reaching out to the laws if something’s not the way it should be

*Update to the review*
The camera is valid and is exactly what I ordered. Turns out canon doesn’t make overseas cameras so no imported cameras. Although they tried to scam me for more money getting the camera for the price I saw was well worth it. I did buy the warranty im hoping I’ll never need it or they won’t haggle me for it if I do but I’ll send an update to that as well.

This is my favorite place to go! They are incredibly knowledgeable and very kind! I went in to fix a film camera: they let me know the problem and the process to fix it which they said would take 7-9 days but it was ended up being ready in 3 days!! Treat everyone as warmly as family and I am always happy with everything!
