I had a wonderful experience and an educational lesson by stopping at computer five. I have absolutely no idea how this computer stuff works, but the owner was very patient explaining and breaking things down for me.

The pricing was very reasonable. So will I go back there again? Absolutely. Will I refer anyone there, of course. Young and very knowledgeable of his job.

This was the worst service I have ever received. My experience was a disaster. He held my computer for over a month. Than lied on phone about what we discussed. Please get everything in writing. He is very unprofessional. Never followed up with me on the progress of my computer. Computer repair. His famous words is I need more time..I will not recommend anyone to use his service.

Simply put: You can not necessarily trust this business. My LG G4 screen repair have been easy, but it took much longer than the 3 hours they claimed it would. Then, they refused to give me a discounted price. On top of that, they used my phone to give themselves a 5 star review, which to me is unbelievable. Many of these 5 star reviews are fake. I advise against getting repairs here.

Thanks for the excellent job. I had no idea this type of service existed but was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of the representative. The fact that he came to my home, worked from his van at my location, brought my newly repaired phone to my door, while I continued to work from home, was absolutely amazing. There was an issue however with the amount (not that it was too much because it was a very fair price) but, I wasn't clear on the price in advance and should have looked at the paper work more carefully. Gerald was very polite and professional, he explained in great detail what was needed for my phone and resolved the issue on the spot. I highly recommend this company and the services they offer. Thanks again.

I would not recommend them for services or repairs. Went for a laptop repair quote. I was asked to leave my laptop since he couldn't get a hold of his parts vendor. He said he would call me the next day. Never called. I went out of town and never received a call. 5 days later, I call to check. He asks to call me back in 10 minutes. Never called back. So I just decided to go pick up my laptop the next day. The open sign was on, but no one was there. I had to wait over 30 minutes and paid a $25 fee. By the end, I just wanted to be done with this place.

If he had just called me and told me that he couldn't get the parts, I wouldn't mind. The total lack of communication was ridiculous, though.

Don't bother with this shop.

Probably the worst repair experience I have ever had. I was promised a repair in 3 hours for a cracked Galaxy S6, but it ended up taking an entire day. I have a strict schedule that requires me to maintain contact with all of my friends and family so I needed a very quick repair, but simply didn't happen. Plus, the guys there weren't even nice to me about the whole thing. Overall, I just didn't feel welcome in Computer Five and I recommend that you find a different repair store to give your business to.

If I could give it a less than 1 star I would. This was my second time coming to this place, the first time I only had to wait 1 hour and the screen for the LG was replaced and no other issues. I came back with my iPhone 7 plus and waited 6 hours when I was told it would be 1 hour. The screen was replaced, however the phone it self was jacked up. The keyboard was all over the place, the color was no longer bright and to top it off lines appeared on my screen and the touch screen stopped working. Come to find out, my iPhone was missing screws and third party modifications were done. $349 is what will take to fix it but I already paid $140 to Computer Five to fix it. No sane person will pay $349, I will have to go thru my insurance and even there I have to pay $149. All I asked of the owner is to reimburse me part of the money I paid him, notice I said PART not all of it. He refused to give me any money back and wanted me to bring it back. What for? To fix it? Is missing screws for god's sake, you forgot to put the screws back but you want me to take it back to you? Also, he said it was his first time fixing an iPhone 7 Plus, of course this was said after the fact. Very poor customer service and I DO NOT recommend your business to anyone.
