Brought film in and was told a bunch of students had just dropped off film, and that the lady didn’t know how long it would take, maybe a week. I didn’t get any email after a week but decided I would wait a while longer because maybe they’re behind with the hurricane. Went in after 3 weeks and the lady was incredibly rude and told me she never told me it would be a week, despite my friend being with who was also there when she told me it would take at least a week. Don’t know why someone would blame the customer when multiple people know that’s what she said. There is absolutely no benefit for me to lie, why would I want to wait 3 weeks She told me I should have called after a couple days, but why would I do that if she told me a week I won’t be coming back. Overpriced as well. Friends have told me the employees are rude towards girls who come in and it looks like that’s true.

Great little store with lots of used lenses and new accessories. Was headed to HH and needed another flash. Had full range of Godox options. Man behind counter was very helpful and polite.

We’ve been using Bay Camera to develop our film. They doing an amazing job. The customer service is always great. I cannot believe the speed in which we are able to consistently get our film back. There are days that if we drop it off early in the morning, we will have dropbox files several hours later. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This is my go-to place for anything camera related. Their prints are much faster and MUCH MORE high quality than CVS, Amazon, etc. They are super responsive and a bonus is that you can support a local business. Highly recommend for all your camera/print/framing needs!
