Overpriced and under-stocked. Been coming here for years, but only because it’s the only place close by. It’s getting increasingly more difficult to justify, however.

Just the other day, I paid an outrageous amount for a single photo that ended up not meeting the requirements for my visa application. Not only that, but they literally print out a whole sheet of passport photos only to throw out all but the one you paid 10x more than you should have for.

I’d be lost without George! He handles all the scanning of my artwork and he’s learned exactly what I like and need to produce beautiful prints that are as close as possible to my originals. This place is deceiving. Sure, they do a lot of quick amateur stuff, and they do a great job.

But their large art-quality giclee ink prints are pro quality--with service to match. George is great to work with.

I can't tell you how happy we have been with Pro Image over the last couple of decades. Especially in the last couple of years, we got to know Manny Park who works there. He is so kind and compassionate and made himself available for last minute requests (such as when we panicked when a family photo is needed for kid school application). all the shots were beautiful and modern. Most important of all, he is so kind and patient, even when we have a huge family portfolio later this year. He worked with the entire family patiently and helping them getting comfortable. We can't be more appreciative of having him as our go to guy!

Pro Image Photo has developed a very user friendly website. Without any trouble I was able to download the pictures from my iPhone and then hour later pick the photos up from their store. Their processing equipment brings out the best in photos ...much better than the ones at CVS and other outlets. The price is great and so is the in-person service.

On 7/28/24 I was helped by George at Pro Image Photo (74th & Amst). My printing project was quite complicated but he was so nice & took care of me with great patience & expertise. I thought he was amazing & I was so grateful to him for how beautifully my photos came out.
