I have had 2 lenses cleaned here - both fungus issues. One was a 40yr old 50mm 1.2 Olympus OM lens and the other a 55-200 Fujifilm lens. I cannot tell them from new now. I can thoroughly recommend this place.

Mr. Alex is super friendly and helpful when we came for a visit to fix my digital Camera. He was up-front with the charges and initial diagnosis. He updated the issue within a couple of days and presented us with options on how to fix it. If you decide not to proceed, all we need to pay is an assessment fee which was mentioned in the beginning. We proceed with the recommended option and the camera is fixed within a couple of weeks. Overall, I am very happy with the result. I will definitely visit again if I need help with my cameras. Thank you very much.

I bought two lenses on behalf of my workplace from Alex Photo and Alex was very helpful throughout the process. I knew nothing about lenses, focal length and all, but I knew what equipment my workplace was using for our livestream. He advised the pros and cons and eventually helped me gain confidence in the purchases. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for excellent quality secondhand photography equipment!

Went to a shop at Sunshine Plaza 3 weeks ago on a Sunday, got quoted a whopping $750 to $800 for the repair. Feeling despondent, I tried my luck and went to Alex Photo as this shop has a tonne of great reviews. Walked in the humble shop, was greeted by a well-mannered man. He listened to my problem attentively and suspected where the issue lies with, quoted me an estimation of the repair which was half of what the 1st shop quoted.

Tested the unit today, and I was very pleased to know everything is working great now. Unit comes back in pristine condition too, very happy with the service Alex rendered.

I will surely go back to Alex for any camera repair or getting myself a new lens!
