How to go:
Alight at One North MRT and head to exit B/D. Head up the escalator in front of the mrt gantry and turn left. Walk straight until you see the entrance to west lobby. Take the elevator up to the 2F.

Very bright and clean interior. They do display cameras and printers there. Able to try the cameras also.

Scan QR at redemption counter to get a queue number.

Just visited the customer care service to claim my free gift after buying a camera. The lady at the customer service was so nice. Very patient and friendly and went the extra mile to guide me in registering the warranty for my camera and lens. This make the whole Canon experience such a pleasant one. My Canon R5 had focusing on image problem and shutter malfunction. I thank the front desk and the technical staff for their hard work and excellent services. Detailed explanation of what caused the problems of this often-used camera is appreciated.

A test photo of the Canon customer care office was taken after my
camera repair. I would like to share my experience of the use of AV Mode in this Canon R5 with one front-line staff who uses Manual Mode only.

As an example, this posted photo used AV Mode which is much faster than Manual Mode especially in lighting which changes fast e.g. outdoors.

There is a setting (in every camera) where the photo will appear good. In my Canon R5, I set shutter speed as AUTO, ISO at 400 and aperture at f/11 for indoor offices and find the results satisfactory. The photo is posted below.

I am Sing Kong Yuen. Writing reviews need time. This is the first time I take to thank the Customer Care Centre staff and encourage them to keep up their good work.

I was in Canon Customer Care Centre today as my camera cover needed replacement.

Excellent communication from the counter gentleman who served me at various periods of time, together with the other 2 men and a lady.

The technicians like Mr Ng offered great back up repair services too. They will educate me about the reasons for repair.

Both counter and back end teams work as a united and harmonious team. Best wishes for the New Year.

Not many people the few times I get there so service is immediate. Staff there is professional and patient in serving you, and will check when you ask a question. Would be good if they are generally trained for typical questions like possible causes of error codes or at least have it on the computer, at least that would give us if the repair is worth it or not.
