That was great because I needed the cam urgently. When I arrived, all the staff were very friendly and willing to help and answer all my questions. They were all knowledgeable and very patient. I dropped by the store on July 20 and had an awesome experience with Tan Hui Min. He was really friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand what I was looking for. Tan answered all my questions and even demonstrated how some products worked, which made my decision much easier.

However, I forgot to ask about claiming the Tourist Limited Warranty and whether it’s still possible for me to do so after my purchase. Overall, Tan made my visit enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend stopping by!

staff Tan Hui Min was very friendly and knowledgeable, she provided assistance on how to operate the camera and explained the different functions available. She also offered to provide detailed comparisons between different cameras. overall was a very pleasant experience 😄

The salesperson Clement Ong is amazing! As someone buying a camera for the first time, it was a very smooth process. He's very friendly and patient, even bantering with us, helping us decide on something by flipping a coin as we were being indecisive. Even when I couldn't remember my email, he helped me check to figure out what I used. He also gave good advice on how to use the camera & helped with the settings.

I definitely recommend buying from this store, and do look for him for your purchases - stress-free and overall wonderful service!
