Bought a camera for 20k (4 months ago) and its lying idle. It rook them 2 months to respond for installation - after several follow ups.
By then i was sick of them and wanted to return it. Have been fighting for a refund ever since. Seems like a very dicey company. I would advice people to not pay these guys till all your requirements are met (if you HAVE TO take their services).

I have ordered for four 56AI Cameras and they delivered it on the same day. As I was taking it to some other place I requested the team to activate and check the cameras and they did the same. The after sales team of technicians are also very prompt and came in time to demonstrate me the basics of these cameras. Over all a good experience. Miss Mery was really helpful in handling my after sales service. Thank you. All the best of your future.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had dealing with any company. The camera features do not work as promised. When I question them, I get a call from Mary Rebecca saying that features work only in a quiet location and not outdoors (which was not explained by the sales person or the technician who came to install - ironically, they call it an outdoor camera). When I counter question them why it wasn’t informed before, they cut the call.

Please do not purchase anything from them. They only want money and do not care about any customer once payment is made.

Disappointing after sale service from 56 secure.

Camera is not functioning for more than a month , several tickets are raised. Until now none of the technicians have arrived and resolved the issue

When I reach out for assistance in customer care none of them answer the call.

I would highly recommend not to buy this product.

I had a very disappointing experience with the security service in Bangalore. I purchased a camera system costing ₹1,80,000, which began malfunctioning within a month. Despite numerous attempts to get support, the team has been unresponsive and has failed to address the issues. It’s been two months of broken cameras, with no resolution in sight. They repeatedly promise quick fixes but never follow through. I strongly advise against spending your money on this company. I am requesting a full refund and that they remove their cameras and reinstall my old system.

I will post this review on very possible site and just look at how many reviews are facing a problem.

Have been using their camera and services for two years and more. I have shifted my house and I have raised multiple tickets for transfer of camera and they have been unresponsive. The helpline number is of no use as it says I should be waiting but then it gets disconnected. Highly disappointed with services. I’m unable to even discontinue the services and autopay because calling the helpline is the only option provided for the same!!

Disappointing Experience with 56 Secure

We're extremely dissatisfied with 56 Secure's services. Despite paying for a 1-year subscription (6 cameras), the cameras haven't been activated even after a month.

The company's customer support has been unresponsive, and no single person takes responsibility. This lack of accountability and professionalism is alarming.

We strongly advise caution when considering 56 Secure's services.

I would like to share my experience of using 56 secure cctv. I had installed 5 cameras @15k each. Now since one year i m using. Inbetween we had raised 5 complaints wherein they were addressed in thier own sweet time.
Now since three months there is absolutely no response. All our cameras are offline and none to service. When i tried to call their techinicians directly they were not interested as theor salaries are not paid for more than 3 months. So please dont ever buy these cctv. Worst people to deal.
